 Phone: 410–659-0111 Facsimile: 410–332-0866  Michael Kaminkow is a Partner of Schulman, Treem, Kaminkow, Gilden & Ravenell, P.A., practicing criminal and civil litigation in federal and state courts across Maryland and in neighboring jurisdictions. He was recently inducted into the University of Baltimore School of Law Litigation Hall of Fame. Mr. Kaminkow co-authored "Criminal Procedure and Practice in the District Court of Maryland," published in 1985 in the Revised Edition of the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers. He served as an Assistant States Attorney for Baltimore City from 1966 to 1969, as Commissioner on the Baltimore City Community Relations Commission from 1973 to 1976, and as Chair of the Governors Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency in 1975-1976. He was also a Member of the Governor's Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice in 1978-1979. Mr. Kaminkow is a Member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association (President, 1993-94; Treasurer, 1987-1990; Board Member, 1985-1986), and the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. |
